 In order to efficiently process public complaints, the Office has a team dedicated to complaint procedures. If you have any complaints concerning bad service attitude or reactions, procedural mistakes, faulty equipment or facilities, or any misunderstanding or inconvenience caused by unfamiliarity with the regulations, please let us know via the following channels:

1.     Oral report: report to the Director, Secretary General or any section chief.
2.     Via telephone: Call our operator (06-2567126) and you will be transferred to a member of the complaint procedure team (supervisors of each section).
3.     Via writing: a) submit a complaint in the box at the Office entrance
            b) mail the complaint to our Office (No. 308, Sec. 2, Anjhong Rd., Annan Dist., Tainan City)

All complaints will be forwarded to concerning units for improvements. Responses will be reviewed by supervisors and replied within six days.
